When Will My Order Arrive?
We pack and ship orders from Monday to Friday in California and Pennsylvania where the warehouse is based. Although your order may experience a shipping delay due to the COVID-19, 95% of our online orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Business days refer to Monday~Friday (excluded holidays and weekends), and the time zone is the Eastern Time Zone of the USA (GMT-5).The reference is as follows:

What Are Your Shipping Methods?
We cooperate with FedEx and USPS to provide ground shipping for your orders. Please note we do not offer expedited shipping (eg: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select) at this moment, so please plan your order accordingly.
Where Do You Ship to?
We ship to the U.S. 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO and international addresses.
How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?
For all the orders placed before the cut-off time, we guarantee same-day shipping. We will keep you posted if any emergency happens and the order can not ship. After the local cut-off time, the orders will be shipped the next business day.

What Is the Shipping Fee?
Currently, we provide a FREE SHIPPING service for each order over ＄30 sent to the Continental USA. However, orders under $30 will be charged $4.95.
Additionally, for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders, we charge shipping based on the weight of the package as the order is not covered by our FREE SHIPPING service.

California tax rules
California uses a mixture of origin and destination sourcing rules. State, county, and city taxes are based on the origin of the purchase (the seller), but district taxes are based on the destination (the buyer).
We have already put our tax registration information on file, and the tax will be charged according to destination rules or hybrid origin rules. The default setting is Destination. When you submit your orders, the actual tax rate will show on the checkout page.
